THE ORIGIN PROCESS
DAY 1 DISCOVERY
Discover what really moves you. At Origin, we start your journey with a discovery session to learn about your priorities inside and outside of the gym. Most importantly, we take the time to understand what drives you and also take your busy life into consideration. Once we’ve established that we are able to create your pillars that can maximize your time in the gym. Our balanced approach looks at your progress across 4 pillars.
What is your self-talk when it comes to your health and fitness?
Are you getting the right fuel in the right amounts? Do you need strategies for eating healthier?
You might be in bed for 8 hours, but are you actually getting quality rest?
How is your fatigue level? Are you training too much or not enough?
Evaluate how you move. The next step is to evaluate how you move. Do you have preexisting injuries, limited range of motion? Our expert coaches establish a baseline we can reference in order to create the best plan for you. After this, you'll be given access to sign up for a class that fits your schedule.
4 WEEKS OF TRAINING
Put in the work! We're with you every step of the way, making adjustments to training and nutrition as your life changes. We also give you tools and strategies to improve your recovery and a wealth of resources to keep you in the right mindset.
Reflect on the 4 pillars of your training every 4 weeks. We reassess your goals and create, or update, your plan based on your life and health goals. Maybe you're a new parent, recovering from injury, have a new job/schedule, or just want to try new movements.
