THE ORIGIN PROCESS
DAY 1 DISCOVERY
Discover what really moves you. At Origin, we start your journey with a discovery session to learn about your priorities inside and outside of the gym. Most importantly, we take the time to understand what drives you and also take your busy life into consideration. To ensure sustainable success and align our weekly actions, we track our STEM Pillars:
Track sleep, learn sleep habits, in order to create the foundation you need for your goals.
Train with intent, and with a coach that understands your needs.
Learn sustainable nutrition practices that support all of your daily tasks.
Develop the mental strength needed to stay the course and achieve your goals.
Evaluate how you move. The next step is to evaluate how you move. Do you have preexisting injuries, limited range of motion? Our expert coaches establish a baseline we can reference in order to create the best plan for you. After this, you'll be given access to sign up for a class that fits your schedule.
4 WEEKS OF TRAINING
Put in the work! We're with you every step of the way, making adjustments to training and nutrition as your life changes. We also give you tools and strategies to improve your recovery and a wealth of resources to keep you in the right mindset.
Reflect on the 4 pillars of your training every 4 weeks. We reassess your goals and create, or update, your plan based on your life and health goals. Maybe you're a new parent, recovering from injury, have a new job/schedule, or just want to try new movements.
